Seamline connects a creator’s world without absorbing it. This page separates what belongs to the platform, what stays with the creator, and what we merely process to keep the thread working.
Creator work
Your creative work stays yours
Creators retain their rights in project descriptions, artwork, voice samples, magnets, emails, and edits they bring to or create through Seamline. We do not claim ownership of a creator’s portfolio.
Audience
A subscriber relationship belongs to the creator
Lead records are processed to deliver the creator’s requested experience. They are not a Seamline advertising asset, and subscriber identity is never sent to an artificial intelligence provider.
Dependencies
Third-party work keeps its own license
Open-source libraries, fonts, icons, hosting, payments, email delivery, and artificial intelligence services remain governed by their respective licenses and terms. Their use does not transfer ownership of Seamline or creator work.
Creator content & AI drafts
A draft is a tool, not a claim.
Seamline may generate draft capture copy from creator-authored descriptions and creator-approved voice settings. The creator chooses what to edit, publish, export, or delete. Seamline does not use subscriber names or email addresses to generate that copy.
Allowed: creator-authored project context and approved voice settings.
Forbidden: subscriber identity, private payment data, hidden list enrichment, or advertising reuse.
