Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Seamline, operated by VaultSpark Studios LLC. By using Seamline, you agree to these terms.

The service

Seamline provides creator portfolio infrastructure: hub pages, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-assisted lead magnet generation, email capture, attribution tracking, and related features. We may change, add, or remove features with reasonable notice.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to use Seamline. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You may use Seamline to build and promote your legitimate creative projects. You may not:

• Use Seamline to send unsolicited commercial email (spam)
• Capture leads deceptively — subscribers must know what they’re signing up for
• Impersonate other creators or entities
• Use Seamline to distribute malware, phishing, or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent quota limits, tier enforcement, or security controls
• Resell or white-label access to Seamline (except on the Collective plan)

Content ownership

You own all content you create: project descriptions, hub copy, bio, and assets. By using Seamline, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content to operate the service.

AI-generated magnet copy (headlines, landing copy, email sequences) is generated from your project descriptions. You own the output. We don’t claim rights to content Claude generates for you.

Subscriber data

Leads captured through your hub belong to you, not Seamline. You are responsible for complying with applicable email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL) in how you use subscriber data. Seamline provides the infrastructure; you are the data controller for your list.

Intellectual property

Seamline — the platform, codebase, design, and all related systems — is proprietary software owned by VaultSpark Studios LLC. All rights reserved. No open-source license is granted. See Trust posture for data handling specifics.

Payment and cancellation

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are shown on the Pricing page. We’ll notify you of price changes with at least 30 days notice.

Free start and upgrades

Start on Free without a card. Upgrade from Billing when you are ready. Paid plans start only after you explicitly complete Stripe checkout.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from Settings. On cancellation, your account downgrades to Free at the end of the billing period. Your hub, projects, and subscriber data are preserved on the Free tier’s limits.

Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. Seamline is provided “as is.” We are not liable for data loss, revenue loss, or damages arising from service outages or errors beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultSpark Studios LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of Seamline is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
