Cancelling your subscription
Cancel from Billing at any time. Your hub and list stay.
- Open Billing in your dashboard.
- Choose "Manage billing". This opens Stripe’s secure billing portal.
- Cancel your subscription there. The same portal is where you update your card.
When your subscription ends, your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted — your hub stays live and new subscribers keep arriving. Welcome sequences pause while you are on Free and pick up where they left off if you upgrade again.
Free limits then apply to what you create next: 3 projects and 1 magnet a month.
